At Aigle Azur, we have a team that’s dedicated to organising group travel. You’ll benefit from a preferential fare and bespoke service whether you’re travelling for leisure or business, as a school group, or attending a seminar.
- Group bookings and fares can be applied under the following circumstances:
10-person minimum in Economy Class
Or a 7-person minimum in Business Class. (depending on our destinations)
- Steps to follow when making a booking:
1. Please download this form for all requests
Please fill out the form and send it via email to groupe@aigle-azur.fr. In the subject line, please include the following: Group name, number of passengers, travel dates and destination.
2. Our team will then send you a detailed quote.
3. To validate your request, you must confirm your group trip by email before the date listed on the quote.
4. You’ll receive an agreement by email for you to sign and return to us. Depending on the number of passengers, we may request a deposit so our team can quickly book your seats.
5. Plane tickets will be issued 10 days before your departure.
