Minors
Unaccompanied minors from 4 to 11 years old included:
Aigle Azur has an obligatory accompanying service for all minors between 4 and 11 years old travelling alone on our lines. The accompanying service is not valid for children under 4 who must travel with an adult.
For a child aged 4 to 11 travelling accompanied by a minor between 12 and 17 years of age, the accompanying service remains obligatory for the first child.
Upon registration, the child is taken care of by our ground crew, who accompany him through the different stages of his/her journey, at checkpoints, customs and boarding. Parents are advised to stay at the airport until the aircraft has taken off.
The minors are the first to get on and the last to get off.
Upon arrival, in order to ensure the maximum safety, the airport's ground staff will take care of the child on departure from the aircraft, checkpoints and customs and baggage retrieval, until the arrival of the person responsible for receiving him or her. If the person responsible for receiving the child does not show up at the airport, our teams will be in charge of repatriating the minor on a future return flight.
The booking of your ticket will be done by our Central Reservation by giving us the destination and the desired travel dates and our teams will make the booking of the ticket.
This service is subject to quota limits. Please confirm with our teams the availability of this service for the desired flights.

To travel, the minor must submit the following documents:
- Identity document: identity card or passport
- Original of the following form, printed and signed by one of the parents with parental authority (form Cerfa N ° 15646 * 01 to download)*
- Photocopy of the identity document of the parent giving permission: identity card (French, European, or Swiss), passport, or French residence permit
- The cover and the UM plug are supplied by the company
*The duration of the authorisation may not exceed one year from the date of signature You do not need to apply to the town hall or prefecture to obtain this document.
Additional charges for taking care of unaccompanied minors under the age of 12 will be applied per flight, depending on the destination:
- For Algeria: The rate applied will be the rate of an adult (service included in the price of the ticket).
- For Portugal: €50 per minor passenger and per flight
- Mali, Senegal: €75 per minor passenger and per flight
- Lebanon: €75 per minor passenger and per flight
- For Germany: €50 per minor passenger and per flight
- For Russia: €50 per minor passenger and per flight
Unaccompanied minors aged 12 to 17 inclusive:
Minors between the ages of 12 and 17 may travel alone without being accompanied, with their identity papers, tickets and necessary visas.
To travel, the minor must submit the following documents:
- Identity card: identity card or passport
- Original of the following form, printed and signed by one of the parents with parental authority (form Cerfa N ° 15646 * 01 to download)*
- Photocopy of the identity document of the parent giving permission: identity card (French, European, or Swiss), passport, or French residence permit

Accompanied minors 2 to 17 inclusive:
- All minors under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult
- The minor and his/her accompanying person must travel in the same class during the whole flight
- An adult can accompany several children
In cases where a minor is travelling with at least one of their parents, the holder of parental authority must be able to prove that he/she is the parent of said minor.
Even if the minor has the same name as his or her accompanying person, they must show their family relationship through the presentation of the family record book, birth certificate, social security or mutual fund certificate, where the minor's name appears.
When travelling with their parents, French minors must have an identity card or a passport in their own name and in some cases, a visa. If the person accompanying is the legal representative of the child, he/she must present his/her identity card and proof of his/her status (family record or custodial judgment).
Foreign minors who were both born and are residents in France must carry a personal passport stating their place of birth in France and any of the following three documents: Republican Identity Title (TIR), Circulation Document (DCEM) , photocopy of the certified residence permit of one of the parents.
Foreign minors who are residents but not born in France must carry a personal passport and either an OMI or ANAEM medical certificate or a Circulation Document (DCEM) or a return visa from the Prefecture.
If the minor is accompanied by a person who does not have parental authority, he must submit the following documents:
- Identity card: identity card or passport
- Original of the following form, printed and signed by one of the parents with parental authority (form Cerfa N ° 15646 * 01 to download)*
- Photocopy of the identity document of the parent giving permission: identity card (French, European, or Swiss), passport, or French residence permit

Other information
- A limited number of unaccompanied minors are accepted on board
- Tickets valid on certain fares only (vary according to destination and availability).
- If, ultimately, the minor is to no travel , no refund will be granted.
